Most people don't like mornings, especially Monday mornings but taking some time before you start your day to say a few sentences to yourself can help improve your frame of mind.
You don't have to do this at your desk out loud, you can simply think it (whilst sat in traffic if you are me). Whatever your position is within your company, telling yourself "Today is going to be a great day" will help reduce your stress, make you feel more positive and bring extra energy into your workplace. Try saying the sentence out loud five times.
