Mind Full, or Mindful? That is the question!!

It can be very difficult to set aside time for ourselves when there is always something going on around us, whether in our own work or personal ‘offline’ life, or in the 24/7 online world. However it is imperative that we make time for ourselves a priority. Without taking time out on a frequent basis, we are just performing on autopilot (most of the time) and this doesn’t allow us the freedom to have exciting new ideas, thoughts, or even simply some space in our minds that can just be there, instead of being full of ‘stuff’. You’ve no doubt seen the difference between ‘mind full’ and ‘mindful’– it’s a good one to remember…
