I couldn't agree more with Stephen
Inbound Marketing / Marketing Automation sounds like a panacea - but in truth it's mostly just destructive and relationship abusing
Like me, you know Inbound Marketing. It generally starts with with a magnet: “Ten things you can do to improve your traffic." After that, it's a free eBook offer, for which you are required to part with your phone number. Nothing wrong with that. You have a choice. Many give a Mickey Mouse email and phone number. Then there's the phone call from a sales rep, who gets you to watch his demo, and who passes you onto his colleague, because you have moved from marketing- qualified-lead to a sales-ready lead, and whose job it is to make a daily sales quota for the company. I know, I've been through the nurture funnel.
